Reconnect 4 Autism Running Patch

Description

Established in 2015 with our inaugural autism color run and now we are doing an annual glow run for bullying prevention.  In 7 years, we have now successfully hosted 10 runs even though one was pushed to being virtual.  This patch is the think tank of the grandfather of Reconnect, Don.  He had a vision for this design and our Chicago brother Will Mendez, aka Optimus, helped us to bring it to reality.
